Employing over 1200 staff in 13 locations across New
Zealand, C3 Limited is a market leader in New Zealand’s port related product
and cargo handling as well as being a pivotal player in keeping the supply
Due to ongoing growth in our Warehousing operations, we
require an experienced Warehouseperson to join our team at Shed 16, where we
handle paper products for OJI. The person we seek will bring proven knowledge
of stock control, processes and systems in a warehousing environment. Strong
customer interaction skills are essential as we will be performing a key role
in the supply chain of a large manufacturing business that relies on timely and
accurate information and communications.
This warehouse operates 7 days and this role has a 4 days on,
4 days off shift pattern.
The role is broad and varied in a fast-paced environment
with duties ranging from warehouse and stock management, planning duties and
jumping on the machines to help out during busy periods. The role also has some
leadership responsibilities including Health & Safety, and Team Supervision.
To be successful in this role you will need to be well
organised, with an ability to prioritise and deal with multiple tasks, while
maintaining high levels of accuracy and a sense of humour. You will also be

Essential requirements for the position are:
Experience in a similar role in a busy logistics type environment involving detailed work plans and execution of plans.
Experience with Inventory reconciliations and audits
A team player who has a positive attitude
Commitment to the Health & Safety of you and your team
Proven experience and accuracy in preparing reports and documentation
Competent computer skills and ability to quickly learn new computer programmes
Good communication skills to liaise with the Mills on inbound product orders
Plant Operator experience to cover during peak periods
Knowledge of Customs/MPI compliance requirements
