Our Training department is growing and we are looking to fill a permanent salaried Trainer/Assessor role that will report directly to the Training Manager. This role will be part of a small team dedicated to training C3 staff to help build their capabilities and ensure that we can "grow our own".
The role will cover the following areas of operations;
Loaders, high stackers, maffi trucks, forklifts, reach stackers, trucks and straddles.
We are seeking a trainer who can provide a safe and structured learning environment for others to develop and grow by using patience and skills to motivate and guide others to achieve. This role also has an administrative component so the successful candidate will need to be a confident computer user who can navigate their way around Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. A tertiary teaching qualification such as the National Certificate in Adult Education (L4) or a similar qualification would also be an advantage.
The role will also support and mentor on-site trainers, develop and maintain training material, perform assessments to determine competency and audit business unit training records.
