Solutions Team Lead

Our IT team spans across an extensive environment, ranging from traditional IT solutions, through to technology that supports cutting edge logistics systems that track our customers products across the world. C3 are embarking on development of a new Technology strategy as our industry moves to digitise the supply chain. Here at C3, we feel good strategy is powered by great people. The search is on for technology thought leaders to join us on this new journey. We are looking for people who can solve business problems through innovative technology solutions and teamwork. 

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Team Lead to build capability and lead a small team consisting of Business Analyst and Senior Test Analyst. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the coordination of the solutions team projects and support work in an agile manner.

 This role is responsible for creating competitive advantage and developing systems of differentiation for C3. The role will report to the Manager Technology Delivery and liaise with other senior managers to determine creation of tactical plans to support C3’s strategic plans.

To be successful in this role we are looking for the following experience, knowledge, skills and abilities:

• People team leader experience to lead, develop and mentor a highly effective team of IT professionals
• The ability to work alongside business stakeholders and translate business problems into technology solutions
• Proven experience with solution design and delivery
• Experience in leading agile practices and ceremonies and coordinating work for an agile team, preferably using Scrum
• History with organisations where information-based decision making is at the foundation of solution design
• Experience with developing and embedding a test management practice
• Business management abilities to manage costs and adhere to budgets
• A self-starter with strong skills in relationship development and stakeholder engagement
• Relevant tertiary qualification and proven vocational track record
• Experience in digital supply chains an advantage but not essential
