Senior Human Resources Advisor
About the opportunity
We need a trusted experienced advisor who we can rely on to deliver sound employment advice in a practical manner. In return you will get to work within a tight-knit team, you will establish strong connections with the region you partner with, and you will directly enable the development of people and culture. This opportunity is for the duration of the parental leave cover, anticipated to be a minimum of nine months, starting late September 2026.

You will be a resilient commercially savvy HR generalist with exceptional relationship management skills. Your proactive and collaborative approach will be valued within this exceptional team. You will also demonstrate:

- Experience across ER, workforce planning, change management, remuneration and reward and performance management.
- Your commitment to actively supporting and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives across our organisation.
You will work at pace in a busy environment and offer pragmatic guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and policy interpretation, and proactively address arising issues. A focus area of this role will be assisting managers with disciplinary processes and procedures in a busy complex environment.
To complement your HR skills and experience you will be tertiary qualified in a relevant field. You must be willing to travel to our branches as required.
