What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and development of high-performance web and mobile applications.
• Architect scalable, high-quality software solutions and ensure best practices across the codebase.
• Mentor intermediate and junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and growth.
• Drive architectural discussions, make critical technical decisions, and champion continuous improvement.
• Spearhead our cloud-native transformation, modernizing complex systems and optimizing CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.

We work with a broad range of technologies. While we don’t expect you to be a master of every single one, we are looking for deep expertise in modern JavaScript environments and cloud architecture.

Frontend:

• JavaScript / TypeScript (Expert level)

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in professional software development (ideally 5–8+ years).
• Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable frontend and backend solutions.
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript and at least one major frontend framework.
• Strong experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code (CDK/Terraform).
• A leadership mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical direction.
• A team player who enjoys high-level collaboration and contributing to a positive, high-performing culture.
