We are seeking a Payroll Officer to join our busy Payroll team, located at C3’s modern harbourside head office at Sulphur Point.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will provide an efficient, effective and client focused payroll service using your knowledge of the relevant legislation. This role contributes to the company’s objectives by ensuring staff are paid accurately and on time and that quality payroll information is provided to staff and managers on a timely basis.
This is no ordinary Payroll position because as an organisation C3 has a complex structure with numerous regional collective agreements and subsidiary companies to keep challenging our Payroll Officers.
To be successful in this role you will be client focused with excellent payroll knowledge, having several years’ payroll experience with a computerised payroll system such as Chris21. Strong data entry skills are required along with a high level of accuracy. In addition you need to have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have significant attention to detail with good numeracy.
