Maintenance Fitter

Our Marsden Point operation continues to grow with the installation of a new debarking plant earlier this year. To assist with repairs and maintenance of this new standalone debarker we seek a skilled maintenance person with good mechanical aptitude for this permanent position.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• Repair and maintenance of heavy industrial equipment with exposure to timber

   processing plant an advantage

• Fabrication and welding skills

• Computer Literacy

• Strong Health and Safety focus

• Reliability and can work unsupervised

The initial hours of work are Monday to Friday, 10 hours per day and the successful appointee will be expected to work reasonable overtime on occasions.
