This opportunity is for a fixed term to cover parental leave, with a start date in late 2026 and expected end date of September 2027.

You will be a commercially savvy HR generalist with exceptional relationship management skills. Your proactive and collaborative approach will be valued within this high-performing team.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced and varied environment, partnering with leaders to provide practical, people-centred guidance on employment relations matters, including conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and navigating workplace challenges. You'll take a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues early, helping to foster positive outcomes for both our people and the business. You will be willing to travel to our branches throughout New Zealand as required.
You will also demonstrate:

- Experience across employment relations, workforce planning, change management, remuneration and reward and performance management.
